The requirement is for thirty complete PAPR systems, ninety spare filters, and associated components, including replacement CBRN filter cartridges and alkaline battery packs. The equipment must meet the stated SOW and salient characteristics, including NIOSH approval, an assigned protection factor of 1,000, hands-free wearable operation, and an authorized OEM provider with a standard manufacturer’s warranty.
