Pool Maintenance Services for the U.S. Embassy Singapore

The U.S. Department of State, U.S. Embassy Singapore, anticipates a requirement for routine swimming pool maintenance services at the embassy in Singapore. The selected contractor will perform all necessary maintenance activities to keep the swimming pool clean and functional. Work must take place in Singapore, and prospective offerors must possess all required local licenses, permits, and authorizations, as well as comply with local labor, safety, and tax laws. The government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract with an anticipated period of performance consisting of a one-year base period and four one-year option periods.
