Contract Opportunity Analysis

AMD0007- to take off subcontractor costs, the proposal shall contain a minimum of three competitive subcontractor quotes, the quote that was chosen and why it represents the best value to the Government. Proposal shall also contain a complete breakout of material, labor, and other direct or indirect costs required to complete the specific item, extend the proposal due date from 12 June 2026 to 10 July 2026, and invites for a second site visit. The Site visit has been scheduled for - 10 June 2026 from 0900 -1200. Bus will leave from Museum of Aviation at 0900 and site visit will begin at 0930.Contractors will meet at the Museum of Aviation parking lot near the front. A bus will be provided to transport visitors to the project site. Individuals who already possess base and flightline access may meet at Building 110.Museum of Aviation address-1942 Heritage Blvd Robins AFB, GA 31098Contractors interested in attending the site visit need to email Alexis Stephens -alexis.d.stephens@usace.army.mil-the completed Badge Request Memo Template with all attendee information no later than 5 June 2026. The Badge Request Memo Template and Authorized Secondary Forms of Identification are uploaded as attachments on the PIEE solicitation. The Government cannot guarantee that requests sent after 5 June 2026 will be processed in time to allow access to site. Contractors shall provide a list of names of all individuals who do not have flightline access and will be riding the bus. This list will be used to coordinate with flightline security. Ensure names provided match the ID that will be presented exactly. AMD0006- Provides Contract Drawings and extend the proposal due date to 12 June 2026.AMD0005- provide revised technical specification changes. The replaced and added Sections listed below (replaced and added by Amendment No. 0005) are hereby added to and made a part of the solicitation; such Sections are replaced in their entirety, and changes are neither underlined nor struck out. ***NOTE*** Projnet Q and A closes on 20 May 2026The proposal due date is hereby extended to 29 May 2026.AMD0004- provides Contract drawings, structural drawings, and the wire receptacle cutsheet. Due to this system a new Update Number is required (this is actually AMD003) AMD0003- replacing corrupted Hazmat report posted earlier. Due to this system a new Update Number is required - there is no actual AMD0003-just an updated Hazmat report. AMD0002-Provides Hazmat Report and extend the proposal due date to 19 May 2026 at 11 AM. FAR Clause 52.2225-9 was eliminated and FAR 52.225-12 was added. AMD0001- provide drawings that are combined to form Package 1 Volume 2 and that were omitted from the original solicitation. The Proposal due date is hereby extended from 23 April to 05 May 2026.The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Savannah District Request for Proposal for W912HN26RA006 for Project Number UHHZ050507, Renovate Building 110 at Robins AFB in Georgia. Retrieve access passes from the Watson Blvd Visitor Center prior to meeting the bus by 0830.
