The Department of Veterans Affairs National Cemetery Administration is seeking market research from Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business concerns for the Natchez National Cemetery Historic Administration Office Rehabilitation A/E Design project. The work covers historic preservation architecture and design for the Historic Caretaker’s Lodge, including a condition assessment, documentation, preparation of a Historic Structures Report, rehabilitation plans and specifications, and a cost estimate. The effort is centered at Natchez National Cemetery in Natchez, Mississippi, and firms are expected to have at least 15 years of specialized historic architecture experience, demonstrated HSR preparation experience, and five completed historic preservation projects of similar magnitude. Responses are due by May 25, 2026, and will be used to determine the acquisition strategy.
