2015 AND 2016 USED CARS

The Department of State's U.S. Embassy in Kingston, Jamaica is seeking quotations from authorized vehicle dealers for the supply and delivery of two used vehicles. The required vehicles include a blue or black 2015 sedan with advanced safety features and a white or black 2016 minivan equipped with double automatic sliding doors. Vendors must provide a compliance checklist demonstrating how their vehicles meet or exceed specifications, and quotes must include delivery to the Embassy in Kingston, Jamaica, with all shipping, clearances, and services guaranteed and costed as part of the proposal. All participating firms must possess an active registration in the System for Award Management at the time of submission. Interested parties must email their quotations and completed NDAA 889 representations to kingstonquotes@state.gov no later than 2:00 PM on Friday, July 10, 2026.
