Quantel CFR 400 GRM pulsed laser system

The Department of the Navy, on behalf of the Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, has issued a sole-source solicitation to procure two Quantel CFR 400 GRM pulsed laser systems. The required systems must operate at a 532 nm wavelength with a 10 Hz repetition rate and be equipped with integrated safety beam blocks to support parallel in vitro and in vivo research at the Naval Medical Research Unit San Antonio. To prevent experimental variability and avoid revalidating research protocols, the lasers must be technically identical to the facility's existing Quantel system.
