The Department of the Interior’s Bureau of Indian Affairs, Eastern Region, is seeking a contractor for the Choctaw Agency repair and renovation of Building 33 at the Choctaw Agency in Philadelphia, Mississippi. The work is centered on waterproofing and drainage improvements to the rear exterior wall, including site assessment, installation of a water management system, excavation, rerouting conduits, wall and joint repairs, downspout extensions, and related site preparation and restoration. The requirement is an Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise set-aside, uses a firm-fixed-price contract, and requires compliance with Tribal, state, and federal laws as well as IBC 1805.3.2; the period of performance is 120 days from award.
