The General Services Administration’s Federal Acquisition Service, GSA FAS AAS Region 8, is seeking a bridge effort for Building Automation System installation and maintenance in support of DISA Hosting and Compute Center data centers. The work covers preventative, unscheduled, and emergency maintenance for existing BAS environments and supports ongoing installation and expansion of systems as facility infrastructure needs change. The systems span simple DDC to web-based platforms on virtualized hardware and monitor or control mission-critical equipment such as chillers, air handlers, CRAHs, boilers, power distribution systems, emergency generators, and UPS systems, with integration to future Government Furnished Equipment tools such as DCIM and CMMS.
