R499--National Database for Nursing Quality Indicators (NDNQI) Services

This Special Notice announces the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office 16, intends to award a sole-source contract to Press Ganey Associates, LLC for National Database for Nursing Quality Indicators (NDNQI) services. The contract will support the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center in Houston, Texas, and will consist of a base year plus four one-year option periods. Conducted under FAR Parts 12 and 13, market research determined Press Ganey Associates, LLC is the only vendor capable of fulfilling all specified NDNQI requirements. The procurement falls under NAICS code 541990 (All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services) and Product Service Code R499. While the VA intends to negotiate exclusively with Press Ganey under FAR 6.302-1, interested parties may submit their capability statements to Contract Specialist Tiffany Burks at tiffany.burks@va.gov. All emailed responses must be received by November 6, 2026, at 3:00 PM Central Time. The government will use submitted information solely to determine whether to pursue a competitive procurement.
