The Department of the Navy, NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support Mechanicsburg, is soliciting quotes for a primary diaphragm manufactured under part number 1113-022. The contractor must manufacture and deliver the hardware while adhering to strict identification, oxygen and nitrogen cleaning, and non-magnetic inspection standards. The scope requires 100 percent production lot testing of all units at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technology Division in Maryland. Only authorized distributors of the original manufacturer, Mission Davenport (Cobham), are eligible for award under this firm-fixed-price procurement.
