16--PANEL ASSEMBLY

The Department of the Navy, NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support in Philadelphia, intends to initiate a sole-source procurement for aircraft panel assemblies. The contractor must provide two units of the panel assembly, identified by part number 71500-22120-057 and National Stock Number 1RM 1680 LLF02L781 CB, with delivery designated as FOB origin. Because the government does not own the technical data or drawings, the acquisition is sole-sourced to Sikorsky Aircraft Corp under the authority of FAR 6.302. Any unapproved source seeking consideration must submit a Source Approval Request, though the procurement will not be delayed for the approval process.
