Computed Tomography Test System

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Product Test Center's Mechanical Lab in Columbus, Ohio, seeks a new Computed Tomography (CT) Test System. This system will enhance the lab's capabilities for testing coatings, measuring dimensions, and inspecting the internals of parts and assemblies, especially for finished test exhibits. The contractor is responsible for delivery, setup, and a minimum of three days of on-site training for up to four participants. The new CT scanner must be new, fully operational offline with permanent software licenses, and meet specific technical criteria, including scan volumes and minimum resolvable feature size. The contract includes a three-year preventative maintenance and calibration agreement, a 12-month warranty, and requires delivery within 120 days of award. Installation and training must occur during weekdays, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., excluding holidays. Contractor personnel must comply with DLA security requirements and undergo background checks. Deliverables include the CT system, installation, and training. Payment will be processed through the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system, and contractor labor hours must be reported via sam.gov.
