Counter Air Missile Program (CAMP)-Ground Launched Counter Air (GLCA) Enterprise Test Vehicle (ETV) Draft Solicitation Release and Industry Day
Contract Opportunity Analysis
The U.S. Air Force’s AFLCMC is seeking to prototype the Counter Air Missile Program Ground Launched Counter Air Enterprise Test Vehicle under a 10 U.S.C. 4022 Prototype Other Transaction agreement. The effort is aimed at developing a new supersonic counter-air weapon prototype and gathering industry feedback on the draft solicitation, with interest from both missile prime vendors and missile launcher system vendors. The program emphasizes an affordable, digital, open and modular, highly producible design that can rapidly integrate commercial or minimally modified subsystems and components, and it could lead to a follow-on Family of Affordable Mass Missiles development and production effort if prototyping is successful and funded. An industry day and one-on-one discussions are planned for May 27-28, 2026, the formal solicitation is expected in early July, contract awards are targeted no later than the end of September 2026, and vendors seeking the package or attendance instructions must contact the listed points of contact by May 15, 2026.
