The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is seeking small businesses to provide facilities maintenance and support services for its facilities located in the Research Triangle Park (RTP), North Carolina. The procurement aims to identify qualified contractors for a successor contract to the current one, which encompasses a wide range of services for approximately 1.4 million square feet of facilities, including offices, research laboratories, a National Computer Center, and a child care facility. The anticipated contract will be structured as a hybrid agreement with both Firm Fixed Price and Fixed Rate for Services – Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity components, covering a base period of 12 months with four additional 12-month option periods, totaling a potential duration of 60 months.
