AiTech Boards

NASA/NSSC has issued a sole-source notice of intent to award a contract to Aitech Defense Systems Inc. for the procurement of AiTech Boards. NASA/NSSC will serve as the procuring center, with the equipment utilized at the Johnson Space Center (JSC) under NAICS code 334111. Operating under FAR Part 12, the government plans to acquire these commercial items on a non-competitive basis, having identified Aitech Defense Systems Inc. as the sole provider. However, interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications in writing to the primary contact, Cara Craft, or secondary contact, Will Garrett, by August 13, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. CST. These submissions will be evaluated solely to determine if a competitive procurement is warranted, a decision that remains entirely at the government's discretion.

This Statement of Work details a procurement request by the NASA Johnson Space Center (JSC) for specialized hardware and software components from Aitech. The acquisition consists of two S910 Series 100 Development Units (radiation-hardened, conduction-cooled boards), two S910 Rear Transition Modules, one S910 board support package driver, and one year of technical support (up to 40 hours of off-site phone and email assistance). All items are to be delivered to Building 29 at the Johnson Space Center in Houston, Texas, within a performance period of four months after receipt of order.
