The Department of the Army, through the U.S. Army Engineering and Support Center Huntsville, is seeking contractors for the fiscal year 2026 roof replacement of Building 62 at the National Defense University. The scope of work requires the successful contractor to fully replace the existing roof of the specified facility to ensure its structural integrity and operational readiness. Performance will take place at Building 62, located at 300 5th Avenue Southwest in Washington, District of Columbia, under North American Industry Classification System code 236220 for Commercial and Institutional Building Construction.
