The Defense Information Systems Agency’s Telecommunications Division, within the Department of Defense, is issuing an RFQ for commercial telecommunications service to provide 64 KB Commercial Business Line service for four new IP-to-analog conversion local phone lines at the Rothr Transmit Site in Puerto Rico.
