W912DR18D0003 - W912DR21F0329: Notice of Intent to Extend the Period of Performance

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Baltimore District intends to award a sole-source contract modification to Leidos, Inc. for architect-engineer environmental services. The contractor is required to complete non-severable, highly specialized services including field scale treatability studies, proposed plans, and records of decision in accordance with the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act. Work will be performed at the Former Nansemond Ordnance Depot in Suffolk, Virginia, and the modification will extend the task order period of performance by two years and eight months to avoid unacceptable delays and duplicated costs. Although this notice is not a request for competitive proposals, interested parties may submit a capability statement to Primary Contact Erik Ugartechea at Erik.Ugartechea@usace.army.mil for agency consideration.
