Contract Opportunity Analysis
The U.S. Department of State, through the U.S. Embassy in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of the Congo, is seeking a contractor to repair a collapsed portion of the front perimeter wall at the 103 Roi Baudouin residence. The selected contractor must supply all labor, materials, and equipment to rebuild approximately 22 meters of the wall, replace damaged electrical wiring and lights, reinstall concertina wire, backfill the entrance parking, and replace the pavers. This firm-fixed-price contract will be evaluated on a lowest-priced, technically acceptable basis, with a performance period of 60 calendar days starting within 10 days of the Notice to Proceed. Proposals must be submitted in English by August 3, 2026, at 12:00 PM local time to kinshasabid@state.gov, and active System for Award Management registration is required.
