Magnetic Particle NDT Benches

The Department of the Army, Army Contracting Command at Anniston Army Depot, is seeking sources to supply new, commercial-off-the-shelf multi-directional wet horizontal magnetic particle non-destructive testing benches. The contractor must deliver, install, and calibrate the inspection benches, which must meet precise technical specifications including a minimum headstock/tailstock capacity of 10,000 amperes and an integrated 3-phase AC de-magnetization system. The equipment must be delivered to Anniston Army Depot in Alabama and include a twelve-month warranty, operator training, and comprehensive technical documentation.
