Sole Source Notice

The Department of the Navy’s Commander, Fleet Readiness Centers Procurement Group at Patuxent River, Maryland, is issuing a sole-source notice for a Blanket Purchase Agreement with Modern Machine Integrators, LLC to provide preventative maintenance and repair services for supported equipment. The work covers as-needed maintenance and repair for equipment associated with the contractor, which is identified as the original equipment manufacturer and the only known source for the required services. The anticipated purchase order is for a five-year period of performance, and the notice cites FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) on the basis that only one source is reasonably available and no other supplies or services will satisfy the requirement.
