Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Department of Commerce’s National Institute of Standards and Technology, through its Research Library, is seeking a contractor to provide web portal access to economic statistics, industry trend analysis, and economic projections to support its research community and decision-making needs. The work calls for an online, full-text searchable database with in-depth analysis of scientific and technology-oriented sectors, market data, current and future projections, publicly available report listings, and downloadable reports, tables, and figures. The resource must be externally hosted, offer institution-wide or at least five-user access, include author and methodology transparency, viewable usage statistics, and provide training and technical support, with performance centered in Gaithersburg, Maryland. Responses are due June 1, 2026, and should include company information, any restrictive requirements, business size, and existing federal contracts; this is a sources sought notice and not a commitment to award a contract.
