The Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Benefits Administration is seeking a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business contractor to remove, repair, and reinstall a wastewater lift pump for the VA Jackson Regional Office in Jackson, Mississippi. The work centers on Pump #1 in the West Lift Station and includes disconnecting piping and electrical components, off-site rebuilding, replacing or refurbishing worn internal parts, reinstalling the pump, and performing operational testing. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and technical expertise, use OEM-equivalent or superior parts, comply with NEC and wastewater/plumbing standards, and perform the work during normal business hours under VA access, security, and background-check requirements. The place of performance is 1600 E. Woodrow Wilson Drive in Jackson, with an estimated 3–5 day off-site repair turnaround and final testing within 24 hours after reinstallation.
