50-DAY DRY CARGO TIME CHARTER

The Military Sealift Command (MSC) is conducting market research through a Sources Sought Notice (N32205-SS-N321-26-117) to gather information on the price and availability of U.S. and foreign flag Roll-on/Roll-off (RO/RO) vessels. The MSC seeks vessels capable of transporting approximately 400,000 square feet of military cargo, including tracked and wheeled vehicles and breakbulk, for a 50-day dry cargo time charter. The delivery and redelivery port is Tacoma, Washington, with laydays commencing/canceling on August 29, 2026. Interested parties are requested to provide vessel details, daily charter rates, fuel consumption, militarily useful deck space (specifically RO/RO vessels with over 7'5" clearance), supercargo accommodation, business size (including small business status and subcontracting opportunities for large businesses), and any other pertinent information.
