Pre Solicitation Notice: FY27 Maintenance Dredging Yokohama North Dock
Contract Opportunity Analysis
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Japan Engineer District is seeking qualified contractors for the FY27 Maintenance Dredging project at the Yokohama North Dock in Kanagawa, Japan. The scope of work requires the maintenance dredging of naturally recurring bottom sediments, including sand, silt, and clays, within the United States Exclusive Use Area across Berths 1-7 and A-L, as well as the transportation and disposal of the dredged material. This procurement is restricted to local sources physically located in Japan that possess a valid Japanese civil construction (doboku isshiki koji) license registered with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. Following a prequalification process, the government will issue an Invitation for Bid using sealed bidding procedures to qualified sources.
