N00164-23-Q-0084 – SOLE SOURCE – BRAND NAME ONLY - Z2 DATA SCRM/PARTS DATABASE PART RISK MANAGER– FSG DA10 - NAICS 541513 ISSUE DATE 02 FEB 2023 – CLOSING DATE 08 FEB 2023 – 2:00 PM Eastern Time ITEM DESCRIPTION- Z2Data is a SCRM/parts database.  It helps with the identification of the parts specific details such as material content, COO, manufacturing sites, and data sheets.  Also, it has data on corporate relationships (suppliers, customers, shareholders, etc.)  This database will be used for part and company supply chain research. The proposed contract action is for the supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source, (The Kenific Group, Inc. of Fairfax, VA, and its authorized distributors, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1. This is being sole sourced because this is a subscription that is continuning and must integrate with exisiting government owned equiopment and software.   All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency. However, a determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
