Cybersecurity Support Services RFI
Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Department of Defense, through the Washington Headquarters Services (WHS), is seeking input for Cybersecurity Support Services aimed at modernizing the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) posture of the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA). The Request for Information (RFI) invites potential sources to propose a draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) that outlines performance requirements, including objectives, scope, performance standards, metrics, deliverables, and specific tasks, to enhance the agency's cybersecurity capabilities. This initiative is critical for establishing a secure and continuously monitored IT environment that aligns with DoD standards, ultimately fostering stakeholder collaboration and improving operational efficiency. Interested parties must submit their responses by November 25, 2025, at 10 a.m. EST, and can direct inquiries to Darrell Joy at darrell.l.joy2.civ@mail.mil or Jonathan Montgomery at jonathan.r.montogmery10.ctr@mail.mil.
