CORD STRAIN RELIEF
Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Department of the Navy, NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support Mech, has issued a solicitation for the procurement of cord strain relief components. The selected contractor will be responsible for manufacturing the cord strain relief units in strict accordance with the material and physical requirements specified in NAVSEA drawing 5677521 revision B. Technical requirements include adherence to part number 5677521-101 (manufactured by Remke Industries under part number RSR-2105), compliance with MIL-STD-130 marking standards, and mandatory Government Source Inspection per FAR 52.246-2.
