Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Maine Army National Guard Medical Detachment, under the Department of the Army, is seeking information to support a planned procurement of dental equipment for its existing Midmark dental chairs. The requirement covers Midmark delivery systems, sterilization and maintenance equipment, endodontic specialty equipment, and high- and low-speed handpieces, including brand-name Midmark items and brand-name-or-equal SciCan, J. Morita, and KaVo products. Items 1 through 4 must integrate with and be installed on the Government’s existing Midmark chairs, while the remaining items are to be delivered FOB destination to Augusta, Maine, and vendors are asked to address compatibility, authorized reseller status, and lead times, including support for J. Morita and KaVo handpieces through the lubrication system.
