Handheld Network Analyzer FSH8

The Department of the Navy, on behalf of the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, intends to acquire one Handheld Network Analyzer. The procurement is for a Rohde and Schwartz Handheld Network Analyzer Part Number FSH8, model .28, SKU 1309.6000.28, which includes a preamplifier, tracking generator, and VSWR. This equipment is required for the P-8A Poseidon Program to support the United States Navy at Point Mugu. The government intends to negotiate this acquisition on a non-competitive, sole-source basis with Rohde and Schwartz under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.
