FEMA requires services including medical transportation (ALS/BLS ground ambulances, para-transit, medical airlift), medical personnel (EMTs, AEMTs, paramedics), Field Operations Teams, Communication Support Teams, and Planning and Exercise Support Services. The contractor must be able to provide all five services within each of FEMA's four geographical zones, maintaining readiness and proper staffing for 24/7 operations.
