T-7A Conference Hoteling
Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Department of the Air Force’s Air Force Materiel Command, through the T-7A Program Office, is conducting a sources sought to identify qualified vendors for conference hoteling services supporting the T-7A Red Hawk system. The work calls for subject matter expertise across T-7A systems, including avionics, engine, electrical, and escape systems, along with written or electronic information on technical capabilities, comparable aircraft experience, access to required data, and any teaming or subcontracting arrangements. The services are to support operations in the Continental United States through Quarter 2, 2027, on a 12-hour weekday schedule with additional weekend or overnight flights as needed, and personnel and facilities must hold Secret-level security clearance while complying with AFI 11-418 and the AETC supplement.
