NATO Business Opportunity: Capability Development Management Support (CDMS)

The Headquarters Supreme Allied Commander Transformation (HQ SACT) of NATO intends to issue a Request for Proposal to secure contractor support for Capability Development Management Support (CDMS) in Virginia. The selected contractor will provide comprehensive services including capability requirements capture, data science, logistics, IT support, business management, and administration across multiple programs such as Wargaming, AI, and Defence Planning. To participate, U.S. prime contractors and subcontractors must maintain an active U.S. facility, obtain approval for NATO Competitive Procurement (NCP), hold a Secret Facility Security Clearance, and secure a Declaration of Eligibility issued by the U.S. Government.
