Terrain Shaping Industry Day
Contract Opportunity Analysis
The U.S. Army Contracting Command-New Jersey, on behalf of JPEO A&A and PM-CCS, is conducting market research and an industry day for terrain shaping capability in support of a bilateral U.S.-UK effort to develop an autonomous terrain shaping solution. The effort seeks sources to identify, develop, integrate, and demonstrate a minimum viable autonomous terrain shaping capability, including autonomous emplacement, safe passage, obstacle planning, and related obstacle delivery, deployment, and management. The government plans to use DoD Ordnance Technology Consortium Other Transaction Agreements for prototyping and will use the industry day to share acquisition strategy, user needs, and one-on-one collaboration opportunities. The industry day is scheduled for February 26-27, 2026 at the Courtyard Marriott in Mt. Arlington, New Jersey, with registration requested by January 23, 2026 for foreign companies and February 6, 2026 for domestic companies, and a Request for White Papers under RWP-26-13 for WPN-26-003 is expected around March 2026.
