The U.S. Department of State, through the U.S. Embassy in Riyadh, is seeking proposals for electrical repairs and upgrades at the U.S. Embassy Annex in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to support new office loads in Freedom Hall. The work includes upgrading and expanding the existing electrical infrastructure, with AC power provisions, distribution panel upgrades, LED lighting replacement, workstation circuits, cable routing and terminations, and coordination with mechanical and civil disciplines. The contract is expected to be firm fixed-price and awarded to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offeror, with an anticipated performance period of one month from notice to proceed and a planned pre-proposal conference to be announced in the solicitation. Proposals may be submitted electronically to RiyadhContracting@state.gov, the solicitation will be posted on SAM when available, and contractors must be registered in SAM before award.
