FEMA Region 10 Elevator Maintenance
Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Department of Homeland Security, Federal Emergency Management Agency Region 10, is seeking a contractor to provide elevator preventative maintenance, inspection, and repair services. The contractor must supply all labor, parts, and materials to service, examine, adjust, and repair key freight elevator components, as well as perform safety testing and provide 24/7 telephone monitoring. Work will be performed at the Federal Regional Center in Bothell, Washington, over a one-year base period running from August 3, 2026, to August 2, 2027, with four subsequent one-year option periods. Evaluation will be based on technical capability, past performance, price reasonableness, and compliance, with the contract subject to Snohomish County Service Contract Act wage determinations.
