Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Department of the Navy's NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound is procuring brand-name NCP Coatings, Inc. specialty enamel and epoxy coatings under a total small business set-aside. The contract requires five distinct line items of high-performance coatings, including Siloxoshield enamel and epoxy coatings in various colors that must have a minimum of 85% remaining shelf life at the time of shipment and include required quality and safety documentation. Deliveries are destined for the Ship Repair Facility and Japan Regional Maintenance Center in Yokosuka, Japan, but must be shipped FOB Origin to the DLA Hazmat Warehouse in Tracy, California, by August 31, 2026.
