Records Management and/or Security Management System

The National Laboratory of the Rockies (NLR) is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) No. RFI-2026027810 to gather information on a “Records Management and/or Security Management System.” The NLR Laboratory Protection department requires a specialized software solution to replace inadequate documentation methods. The objective is to obtain software for real-time documentation and reporting of daily site security activities. Key capabilities sought include real-time tracking, integration with existing systems, user training, data migration, and ongoing support. The RFI also explores various software functionalities, such as reporting, interfacing, data security, scalability, and technical support. Responses will help determine technical scopes for potential subcontracts and whether a small business set-aside is appropriate. Submissions, limited to five pages, are due by March 6, 2026, and should include company information, a capability statement detailing experience with similar projects and specific minimum capabilities, responses to key questions, a Rough Order of Magnitude Estimate, and estimated lead times.
