FY 2027 Treatment Services Eastern District of Texas

The Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts, through the Texas Eastern Probation Office in Tyler, is seeking Blanket Purchase Agreements for treatment services for federal defendants and persons under supervision in the Eastern District of Texas. The scope includes urine collection, testing, and reporting, along with substance use and mental health treatment services across Texas locations. Offerors must be able to provide services within the catchment area, use professionals who meet the required experience and criteria, and offer pricing no higher than their most favored customer for comparable services; the agreement period runs from October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027, with potential annual extensions for up to four additional years, and Denton, Texas is identified as a performance location.
