Z--Replace Roof, Visitor Center and Administration Building
Contract Opportunity Analysis
The National Park Service is seeking qualified contractors to replace the roof of the Visitor Center and Administration Building at Fort Larned National Historic Site in Larned, Kansas. The project involves removing approximately 10,538 square feet of cedar shingles, inspecting and replacing a portion of the skip sheeting, and installing new fire-retardant shingles, among other tasks. This work is crucial for maintaining the integrity and safety of the historic site, with a contract value estimated between $100,000 and $250,000.
