Contract Opportunity Analysis

The Department of the Air Force, specifically the 90th Contracting Squadron, is procuring commercial Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems to support real-time intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance training for Security Forces personnel. The contractor will be required to deliver two Ascent Aerosystem Spirit Base Kits and two Gremsy VIO F1 Payload Modules featuring integrated 4K electro-optical/infrared cameras, radiometric thermal imagers, and laser rangefinders. Deliverables must be Buy American Act or Trade Agreements Act compliant, and the aircraft must meet rugged technical specifications including an IP56 rating, hot-swappable batteries for up to 58 minutes of flight, and a control range up to 20 kilometers. The contract is set aside for small businesses and will be awarded as a firm-fixed-price contract on a Lowest-Price Technically Acceptable basis with a delivery period of 90 calendar days following award.
