The Defense Health Agency (DHA) in Fort Sam Houston, Texas, has issued a Sources Sought notice outlining its intent to award a sole-source contract to Vista LifeSciences, LLC. Under NAICS code 513210 (Software Publishers), the proposed contract is for the Automated Neuropsychological Assessment Metrics (ANAM) Software, a proprietary, FDA-cleared cognitive assessment tool used for military pre-deployment baseline testing and clinical health management. Vista LifeSciences, LLC holds the exclusive commercial and research license to distribute, install, and maintain the ANAM software. The planned contract features a six-month base period starting July 30, 2026, alongside a single six-month option period. Although intended as a sole-source award, the DHA is conducting market research to identify other potential sources.
