The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), through its Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS), is soliciting offers for the procurement of canned vegetable soup intended for use in domestic food assistance programs, including the National School Lunch Program. The solicitation seeks approximately 169,400 cases of canned soup, with deliveries scheduled between July 1, 2025, and September 30, 2025, to various locations across the United States, emphasizing compliance with federal civil rights regulations and the prohibition of awards to suspended or debarred entities.
