The Defense Logistics Agency Aviation at Philadelphia, Pennsylvania is purchasing automatic interface units. Under this solicitation, contractors must deliver newly manufactured spares, as refurbished, remanufactured, or repaired materials are not acceptable. Due to technical requirements and the lack of available drawings, offers from sources that are not government-approved will be deemed technically unacceptable, and distributors of approved sources must submit an authorized distributor letter on the source's letterhead.
