The U.S. Embassy in Jakarta, Indonesia, has issued Request for Quotations (RFQ) PR16276860 to procure 30 new, factory-sealed Apple iPhone 17 (256 GB) mobile devices. Offered on an unrestricted basis under simplified acquisition procedures, this firm-fixed-price contract requires the selected vendor to furnish, deliver, and support unlocked devices covered by a standard one-year Apple warranty. To be eligible for award, bidders must meet strict mandatory qualification requirements. Specifically, they must be an Authorized Apple Reseller, possess an active Apple Business Manager (ABM) account with a valid Device Enrollment Program (DEP) Reseller ID, and demonstrate the capability to register and link all purchased devices to the Department’s Mobile Device Management (MDM) server for zero-touch enrollment.
