Information System Contingency Plans Generation
Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Defense Information Systems Agency, through its Contingency Planning team and IT Contracting Division, is seeking industry input for a solution to automate and streamline the generation of Information System Contingency Plans. The work centers on capabilities that can ingest existing documents, identify missing information, engage subject matter experts, generate NIST-compliant ISCPs, organize information digitally, and keep plans current, including the use of AI applications where appropriate. DISA is responding to a manual process that currently takes weeks to months and wants solutions that align with Joint Staff, DoD, and NIST directives while reducing the time and effort required of high-cost personnel. Responses to the RFI are due May 5, 2026, and questions or submissions may be directed to Carly Youngless or Kenric Phillips at the listed DISA email addresses.
