This specialized software utilizes artificial intelligence and machine learning to estimate chemical absorption, distribution, metabolism, excretion, and toxicity properties, which are critical for evaluating the safety of cosmetic ingredients and contaminants lacking existing toxicity data. The contract structure includes a 12-month base period starting July 31, 2026, and four 12-month option periods extending through July 30, 2031.
