The U.S. Space Force (USSF) is seeking proposals for the Space Based Interceptors (SBI) program through a Request for Prototype Proposal (RPP) issued by the Department of Defense, specifically under the Department of the Air Force. The objective is to competitively award multiple fixed-price Other Transaction Agreements (OTAs) for the SBI program, which may also incorporate Prize Competitions, emphasizing the importance of innovative solutions in space defense capabilities. Companies must provide an approved DD Form 2345, Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement, to demonstrate eligibility to receive the Bidders Library. Obtaining an approved DD Form 2345 is accomplished via the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Joint Certification Program at https://www.dla.mil/Logistics-Operations/Services/JCP/. Eligible companies can also optionally submit JWICS points of contact in order to receive the supplementary classified information shown during the USSF SBI Industry Day to further inform their contemplated approach. The Government’s eligibility verification process will generally take 1-2 days. Following receipt of all required information, verification of an approved DD Form 2345, and access approval, the Government will provide further instructions directly with the RPP release, or when access approval is granted, whichever occurs later.  Requests must be submitted by 8:00PM Pacific on 24 September 2025 due to response timelines in the Bidders Library.  Requests received after the deadline will not be fulfilled.
