Contract Opportunity Analysis
The U.S. Coast Guard, through HQ Contract Operations, is seeking market information for a modernized commercial off-the-shelf computer-aided dispatch system to serve as the foundational workflow engine for its command centers. The capability would support mission planning, incident management, tactical communications, tasking to deployed assets, data export, automated documentation, and integration with AI, GIS, and 911-related capabilities. The system is intended to be cloud-based or cloud capable, unclassified but able to handle sensitive, high-volume data, and scalable, highly available, cyber-secure, and interoperable for about 1,600 primary users and 5,000 secondary users. This is a sources sought/RFI, not a request for proposals, and responses and questions are due by June 12, 2026 at 3:00 PM EST by email to Bradford.D.Clark@uscg.mil, with selected offerors expected to provide demonstrations.
