The Department of the Army, Contracting Command – Detroit Arsenal, has issued a Commercial Solutions Opening to enhance, secure, sustain, and modernize the global Information Technology environment supporting Army Intelligence operations. Selected vendors will transition the enterprise away from rigid, labor-hour execution toward outcome-oriented service delivery across continental and outside continental United States locations. This procurement operates under a dual-track architecture featuring continuously open general submissions for open areas of interest alongside targeted, closed calls for innovative solutions. Evaluations will follow a streamlined, multi-phased approach consisting of a written solution brief, an optional presentation pitch, and a commercial solution proposal.
